I'd like to introduce my brand-new kitchen studio for Japanese cooking class. A kitchen counter table is huge, 6 people work together at once, which is great for family and a group session. All the applicants are high quality and traditional. I'd like to show you and let you experience real high quality Japanese cooking in a traditional accommodation.


The tableware is also Japanese traditional crafts. Most of the dishes are made in Arita, Nagasaki pref., where is well known for beautiful pottery produce.


I'd like the guests to enjoy cooking in comfortable atmosphere and delicious meal in beautiful Japanese tableware.

It was wonderful opportunity to meet a mom and a daughter from Mumbai in India.

They are interested in Japanese sake, but didn't know well about it since it is rare chance to drink sake in the country, mostly sake is served in Japanese restaurant.


I'm so glad to hear they love Japanese food and sake, and interested in Japanese food culture.


After learned sake brewing process, 4 types of sake is served and takes time to taste them carefully. We talked about the fragrance, the texture, taste and feeling going down the throat.


Then food samples will be served and enjoying paring the food and sake. Today's guests enjoyed both food samples and sake. Many people are interested in to pairing 3 types of miso and sake. Japanese sweets are also go with certain kind of sake.

The cocktail place Gen Yamamoto in Azabu-Juban is like a secret hideaway. It is hard to find...for me, and once I enter the cozy bar, I felt something special expectations.


The is a long wooden counter with seven seats surrounding in a small kitchen. The bartender Gen-san prepares the beautiful glassware for the guests and making cocktails efficiently.

It was calm and sacred atmosphere, and we can hear only the water flows and preparing the cocktails.




The bar offers Omakase style, the bartender Gen-san creates the cocktail which is made from the season's best ingredients for the drinks.


The ingredients are mostly in-seasons. There are special kinds of domestic fruits, vegetables which are produced by contracted farmers.


4 kinds of glasses of omakase style cocktails will be served then 3 other glasses of cocktail if you want more.


Each cocktails are amazing both visual and the tastes. Fruits cocktails are made from seasonal fruits which are freshly squeezed in front of me.
