I finally completed perfect runny egg recipe. I heard many people that cooking runny egg is challenging. I've failed many times and now I proudly share how to make perfect egg.
Seasoned soft boiled egg
Ingredients for 4 eggs
Eggs in a fridge 4 ea VInegar 2 Tbsps
Soy sauce 2 Tbsps Mirin 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp
1 Bring water to a boil in a small pan. After rolling boil, add cold eggs into the pot one by one. Add 2 Tbsps of vinegar into the pot. Cook the egg 6 min over medium heat.
2 After 6 min, transfer the eggs to a bowl with plenty of cold water. Leave them until cooled.
3 Peel the eggs. Now you know it is so easy to peel the eggshells. This half boiled egg go with asparagus dish in spring.
4 Marinate the eggs in mixture of soy sauce, mirin and sugar for over night.
The egg in the picture is marinated for over night.
You can marinade the eggs more than over night. The egg yolk become solid and absorbs the seasoning more and has deeper taste.
Great for ramen topping!
