Walk through the lively streets of Tsukiji with your English-speaking guide.

Discover hidden spots, learn how Japanese people choose fresh seafood, and feel the real atmosphere of Tokyo’s historic food town.

Enjoy an easy and fun introduction to Japanese food traditions.

Learn about sushi etiquette, seasonal ingredients, and why food is such an important part of Japanese life.

 

・ Watch a Sushi Master Demonstration (15 min)

 

See how sushi is made step by step.

Your instructor will demonstrate 2–3 types of sushi, sharing professional tips you can try at home.

 

・ Make Your Own Sushi (Hands-on Experience – 50 min)

・Now it’s your turn.

 

Create your own Temaki Sushi (hand-rolled sushi) using high-quality fresh seafood from Tsukiji.

No experience needed — beginners are very welcome!

 

・ Enjoy Miso Soup & Lunch Time (30 min)

Relax and enjoy the sushi you made together with traditional miso soup.

Take photos, share stories, and create unforgettable memories.

During this hands‑on sushi experience, you’ll create your very own sushi using the fresh seafood we purchased at  Tsukiji Market. Wrap your favorite ingredients with crisp, flavorful seaweed directly from local vendors, and enjoy making a delicious, one‑of‑a‑kind sushi creation. It’s a fun and memorable way to taste Japan’s food culture—perfect for travelers looking for an authentic culinary adventure!

*Closed on Wednesday, Sunday and National holidays

​Fee: 13,000 JPY per person plus kitchen studio fee

Japnese Rice Wine Sake

+ Option for Sake Lovers

There is an option for 2 kinds of Japanese Sake Tasting for additional fee of 2000 yen per person.
Sake will be served only for the person who is over 20 years old and who will not drive a car after the class. The fee should be paid by cash at the class. Please let me know if you’d like to take the tasting by the day before.

Please make a booking for 24 hours prior. 

If you have any dietary restrictions or prefer vegan and vegetarian, please let me know 48 hours prior to the class.

About other participants

The class is not a private class. There might be attended other participants who request the same date. 

The first signed up participant can decide the cooking menu.

 

For Single Travelers

Single travelers can attend with an extra fee.  Since I offer the cooking class in my private space, all-male attendants should be accompanied by female attendants.

About Serving Sake

Sake will be served only for the person who is over 20 years old and who will not drive a car after this class by Japanese Law.

Safety Instructions


As the activities are hands-on classes, please be careful and responsible for your own safety. We do not hold any liability for accidents.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, the cancellation fees will be charged as below;

  • Full refund  More than 8 days prior to the class

  • 
30%........... 4 - 7 days prior to the class

  • 
50%........... 2 - 3 days prior to the class

  • 
80%........... the day prior to the class


  • 100%......... the class day
