You will experience ultimate session includes shopping in Tuskiji fish market, cooking sushi and seasonal dishes, having sushi lunch with seasonal side dishes, and sake tasting with sake sommelier in comfortable kitchen and dining.
We will meet at a meeting point near Tsukiji fish market at 9:30. After strolling outside market and visit little shrine in the area, we will head for inside the market building which small mongers wholesale to professional food business. I will buy some seasonal or year round fresh seafood for sushi ingredients with you.
After finishing the shopping, we will take a taxi to my home, it takes about 20 min rides.
We will prepare sushi, miso soup and some seasonal side dishes. Then, we will have lunch time. There are two different types of sake which go with seafood. Sake sommelier will give you a lecture during the time.
The class will finish around 1:30 pm near Yotsuya station.
Class fee 15000 yen per person includes making sushi, lunch, sake, taxi fee from Tsukiji fish market to my home ( Yotsuya) Min 2 max 3 people.
