About Tsukiji Outer Market in Tokyo

For famous culinary professionals, the Tsukiji Wholesale Fish Market was the most important place to buy high-quality in-season seafood, meat, poultry and produces.  The section of the wholesale market has moved to a new modern place, Toyosu. However, the Tsukiji Outer Market for general consumers remains in the historical place. 460 specialized shops are still there and the atmosphere is full of energy and excitement. Tsukiji has a history as a treasure of foodie’s delights.

As a big fan of the Tsukiji fish market for 10 years, I visit there to purchase very seasonal ingredients for my family’s special meals. I’m happy to share my experience and a whole knowledge of cooking with you at this half-day session.
