Sushi Making Class

The sushi class has been popular since you can make delicious sushi pieces and other home- style dishes in a short time, 2.5 hours including lunchtime.  

 

The sushi platter that we make is home-style, which means those are doable at your home easy. We will cook sushi rice from scratch using a regular pot, not a rice cooker, and you will learn how to cook perfect rice for sushi with many tips.

 

There are 3 kinds of sushi we will make at the class; a sushi roll, Inari-zushi, and fresh salmon aburi-zushi. Everybody loves to cook Tamago-yaki Japanese omelet for sushi roll ingredients. Salmon aburi-zushi means blow torching over salmon sashimi, which is the highlight of the cooking class. We will make fresh mochi for dessert. Fresh mochi will be unforgettable taste and texture for mochi lovers. We will cook a home- style seasonal dish and miso soup as well.

 

All the recipes will be sent to you after the class. There are YouTube instructions for the class to review, so it will help your cooking those dishes back at home.
