The class offers all hands on experience, so the attendee learn the techniques of cooking and also learn how to use the special cooking tools.
After learning how to use the seasonings, the attendee mix the seasonings by themselves to make sauce, mixed seasonings, for each dishes.

Wagyu beef steak with soy sauce based wasabi sauce
Eggplant with sweet miso sauce
Tofu and persimmon with sesame cream sauce
Sweet potato rice
Wagyu beef steak was the requested main dish, and we picked up some other seasonal side dishes, mostly using vegetables.
Today's seasonal ingredients are persimmon, eggplant, sweet potatoes. Those are great taste in autumn to winter.
